‘Clients’ and ‘Members’

'Clients' are any individual or business who utilises the services of SiteQuote, in the form of providing information online or by phone as a means to contact SiteQuote Members.
'Members' are any individual or business providing information to Clients, through the process of SiteQuote services.

‘Personal Contact Information’

‘Personal Contact Information’ means any information that may be used to identify an individual or business, including, but not limited to, a first name, a last name, a business name, phone number, physical address or an email address.

‘Quote Requests and Replies’

‘Quote requests and replies’ refer to any information transferred between Clients and Members made directly through SiteQuotes services. It does not refer to any communications that take place after

Information Distribution

No information submitted to SiteQuote will ever be sold, rented or redistributed. Personal Contact Information is never released to third parties of any kind without Client consent, unless required to do so by law.

Affiliated Companies

This policy does not apply to the practices of members or any companies or links affiliated with SiteQuote. Please consult the Privacy Policies of the other companies for their guidelines.

Future Contact

SiteQuote will occasionally send emails to Clients offering third parties products/services that we feel may be beneficial. Information from the quote requests may be used to ensure the offers are suitably targeted. You can unsubscribe from receiving these offers and any further contact from SiteQuote and affiliates at any time using a link within the sent emails.

SiteQuote is not responsible, and can not control future correspondence from members or affiliates once they have your contact details, which will not be given without prior consent.

Service Reviews

SiteQuote staff may occasionally review the quote requests and replies made through this website in order to understand and enhance the service we provide. SiteQuote will never redistribute or republish any information within the quote requests and replies.

Unidentifiable Information

SiteQuote collects aggregate information from quote requests and replies in order to create reports for distribution at the discretion of SiteQuote. These reports are created with the sole intention of monitoring general usage figures and will never include any content from within the quote requests and replies.

Missuse of Information

SiteQuote can not be held in any way liable for any missuse of information supplied to members of SiteQuote.

Member Misconduct

SiteQuote does not accept any responsibility and can not be held in any way liable for any misconduct from Members who have been chosen by the Client to do work for them. This includes Members that have been recommended by SiteQuote as being ‘best suited' for the required work.
